Users are responsible for providing accurate shipment information, proper documentation, and compliance with customs regulations. VCANFreight is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate information.

5. Limitation of Liability

VCANFreight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
