3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to carrier confirmation. Prices displayed are estimates and may vary. VCANFreight does not take payment through the app or this website. Quotes are confirmed by email and invoices are settled outside the platform by bank transfer or another method agreed in writing before the shipment moves. Refunds and credits follow the carrier policies set out in your booking confirmation.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate shipment information, proper documentation, and compliance with customs regulations. VCANFreight is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate information.

5. Limitation of Liability

VCANFreight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
